There are very few dishes that I would say I feel comfortable cooking, let alone them tasting really really good. Fortunately, stuffed mushrooms have joined my short (but growing) list of food that I can whip up in a jiffy without panicking if family, friends and unsuspecting coworkers will end up politely spitting them into a napkin once my back is turned. With the holiday season in full swing, this recipe from The Dinner Mom has become my go-to appetizer because I know it’ll be a hit. So instead of bringing a basic cheese tray to your next holiday get together, take this easy yet impressive appetizer instead.

Basically, these mushrooms are stuffed with…
- Whipped cream cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Garlic powder, pepper, salt (seasoned to taste)
*Topped with Italian bread crumbs*
Mix 1-4 together, scoop mixture into the mushrooms, sprinkle the bread crumbs on top, pop in the oven at 350 F for 15-18 minutes, and voila! You’ve got melt-in-your-mouth stuffed mushrooms that will make party goers “Ohhh” and “ahhh” (and probably have a couple of them asking for your recipe too). This recipe can be modified to add meat in it but honestly, they’re tasty enough as is. If the party you’re going to has more than 4-5 people, I highly suggest you double, even triple, the ingredients that The Dinner Mom’s recipe uses. Trust me, these babies run out pretty quickly!
